The Episcopal Church Medical Trust holds Annual Enrollment each fall to give you the opportunity to:
- Compare your current health plans with the available options
- Select the plans that best meet your needs for the upcoming year
- Add or remove covered dependents

FOR ACTIVE EMPLOYEES AND EARLY RETIREES
GLP-1 Coverage Changes and New Weight-Management Vendor
To act as a steward of plan resources on behalf of all participants, the Medical Trust will continue coverage of GLP-1s for the treatment of type 2 diabetes, but not for weight reduction. To support members’ wellness goals, next year we will make Digbi Health's services available at no cost to members.
During and after Annual Enrollment, Quantum Health will be available to answer member questions about GLP-1 coverage.
Additional 2027 Plan Design Changes
To help manage rising costs while maintaining comprehensive benefits, the Medical Trust will implement a range of adjustments for 2027, including the following:
- All plan options, including the PPO 100, will be subject to a deductible.
- For most plan options, network individual deductibles will increase by $500, and network family deductibles will increase by $1,000. Out-of-network deductibles will also increase.
- For most plan options, network individual out-of-pocket (OOP) maximums will increase by $1,500, and network family OOP maximums will increase by $3,000. Out-of-network OOP maximums will also increase.
- Primary care/specialist office visit copays for PPO plan options will increase by $5.
- Primary care office visit copays for Kaiser EPO plan options will increase to $30, and specialist office visit copays, to $45.
- Urgent care copays will increase from $50 to $60 for PPO and EPO plans.
- Rx copayments and coinsurance amounts will increase.
FOR RETIREES (MEDICARE ELIGIBLE)
New UnitedHealthcare® Plan Guides and ID Cards for Retirees
To help manage costs, we are separating our current offering from a single plan that includes both medical and prescription drug coverage into two separate plans offered as matched pairs.
- Medicare Advantage (MA) Comprehensive + Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) Comprehensive
- Medicare Advantage (MA) Premium + Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) Premium
UnitedHealthcare will mail two separate plan guides to retirees in October, and in mid-December, they will receive two new ID cards—one for the medical plan and one for the Rx plan.

How to Enroll
Use your MyCPG Accounts email and password to log in during your Annual Enrollment session.
The enrollment site will be available beginning October 14.
