This plan features a Health Fund Account which pays 100% of the first $500 in covered health care costs that you incur ($1,000 for the family). You are reimbursed up to that amount for deductibles and co-payments for each person covered under the plan.
If you don't use the entire Health Fund Account in any given year, it is added to the next year's amount if you remain enrolled in the plan. If you leave the plan, any remaining money in the Health Fund Account stays with the plan—it is not paid to you.
