Managing Director, Asia Investments
Ms. Chiu is responsible for The Church Pension Fund’s investments in Asia, including private equity, real estate, and public strategies. She joined the Church Pension Group in 2013 and has more than 17 years of investment experience.
She previously served as a senior analyst at Morgan Stanley, where she was responsible for identifying and analyzing real estate investments for the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Private Equity Fund. She also worked as an analyst at Lehman Brothers, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, IPO advisory, and debt financing transactions.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from The Stern School of Business at New York University. She is the co-chair of the private credit committee and a member of the ESG committee at the Hong Kong Venture Capital Association.
