Chief Legal Officer & Secretary

Ms. Chung is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary. She is responsible for managing the legal department and developing legal strategy, managing legal risk, and overseeing the delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish CPG’s corporate goals, strategies, and priorities. She also serves as the corporate secretary for all of the CPG companies and supervises outside legal counsel. She joined CPG in 2024.

Prior to CPG, she was the former General Counsel and Head of Compliance at Enveritas, Inc. She also served as General Counsel at Turnberry Associates and was a Partner at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP and other top-tier New York law firms. Ms. Chung’s experience includes advising clients on complex financings, other commercial transactions, and regulatory matters.

She was named one of the top lawyers under the age of 45 by The American Lawyer and has been recognized as an Alumni Honoree by Cardozo Law School’s Black, Asian, and Latino Law Students Association.

She holds a JD, cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a BA from New York University.
