Anthem and Cigna Network Plans
Members enrolled in a medical plan that uses the Anthem or Cigna network can fill medications at retail pharmacies that participate in the Express Scripts network and through Express Scripts’ home delivery service, which allows 90-day refills of maintenance medications.
To learn more, consult the Anthem and Cigna Plan Document Handbooks. For pricing information, to access the formulary, and to find a participating retail pharmacy, call Quantum at (866) 871-0629.
Kaiser Network Plans
Kaiser provides Rx benefits to members enrolled in Kaiser health plans. Details are available at kp.org.
Behavioral Health
Our health plans also include benefits for behavioral health and substance use disorder plus an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for members in plans that use the Anthem, Cigna, and Kaiser plans.
The EAP is a free and confidential 24/7 service that provides immediate assistance, referrals, and online resources for a range of emotional, family, financial, and legal issues.
It also offers access to Talkspace, a platform that connects individuals 13 and older with licensed therapists and psychiatrists via video or text.
