The Episcopal Church Medical Trust (Medical Trust) offers an array of health plans (PPO, EPO, CDHP/HSA) through best-in-class national and regional networks.
Designed to accommodate a variety of budgets, these plans are on the lower end of US cost trends and provide medical, dental, pharmacy, vision, behavioral health, and hearing benefits. Additional services include telehealth, travel assistance, and an employee assistance program (EAP).
As the single point of contact for members in the Anthem and Cigna networks, Quantum Health plays an integral role in delivering these benefits.

Members whose plans use the Anthem and Cigna networks now have only one ID card for medical, prescription, and behavioral health services. Please share it with all your healthcare providers, except dentists.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Cigna EAP provides enrolled individuals, their covered dependents, and household members:
- 24/7 phone access for behavioral health issues
- Referrals to a network of lawyers, financial service professionals, and other specialists
- Webcasts on a wide range of health and wellness topics
- Numerous online resources
Active members enrolled in a medical plan that uses the Anthem or Cigna networks should contact Quantum Health at (866) 871-0629 for help finding the resources available.
Retirees and those in other networks can contact the EAP directly. To access EAP services, call (866) 395-7794, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
