The Church Pension Fund offers pension plans for lay employees. We offer a defined contribution plan and a defined benefit plan; the plan available to you is determined by your employer.

Defined Contribution Plan
CPG offers The Episcopal Church Lay Employees' Defined Contribution Retirement Plan, a 401(a) plan and a 403(b) plan. Eligible participants can contribute to the plan to save for their retirement.
Defined Benefit Plan
CPG offers The Episcopal Church Lay Employees' Retirement Plan, a defined benefit plan. Eligible participants in the plan are eligible for a monthly benefit at retirement and other benefits.
Retirement Savings Plan
The Retirement Savings Plan (RSVP) offers participants in the Lay Defined Benefit Plan with the option to contribute to retirement savings. See how the RSVP can help you reach your financial goals.
