Additional Benefits
Eligible participants who are enrolled in a Medical trust offered plan generally have access to the following benefits at no additional cost.
Health Advocate services will not be available after December 31, 2024.
Quantum Health will begin care coordination services on January 1, 2025, and manage the transition of any open cases for members enrolled in plans using the Anthem or Cigna networks.

Vision |

Hearing |
Hearing exams and an allowance of up to $3,000 every three years for the purchase of hearing aid devices. |
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) |
