Investment Coordinator, Trustees of Donations to the Protestant Episcopal Church

Bill Boyce is a Certified Public Accountant. He serves as the Investment Coordinator of the Trustees of Donations to the Protestant Episcopal Church (ToD), a separate religious non-profit that holds investments and trusts on behalf of and for the benefit of The Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts, its parish, and other affiliated organizations.
Prior to joining the ToD, Mr. Boyce was a manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the private company services practice. In the Diocese of Massachusetts, he has served on Diocesan Council, as President of the Standing Committee, and as a Chair for the Nominating Committee for the election of the Bishop Diocesan.
Mr. Boyce brings a broad experience of church leadership and governance, having served as a General Convention Deputy in 2015, 2018, 2022, and 2024. He is also co-chair of the Episcopal Church’s Evangelism Grants Committee and Treasurer of the Barbara C. Harris Camp and Conference Center.
He was elected to his first term on The Church Pension Fund Board of Trustees in 2024.
Mr. Boyce received an MS in Accounting from Babson College, and a BA in Accounting and a BA in Business Management from the University of New Hampshire.
