Employee Voices

Dedicated to Service

We're investment professionals, retirement and health benefits experts, editors, lawyers, underwriters, customer service specialists, and a whole lot more. No matter the position, you can count on challenging and meaningful work at CPG.

We leverage a rich variety of backgrounds, professional expertise, and experiences and share a deep commitment to supporting the clergy and lay employees of The Episcopal Church in their calling to spread the gospel.

All employees are recruited and developed with one goal in mind: to do the best possible work for the people and institutions we serve. Professionalism, compassion, and trustworthiness are core values that inform how we do what we do. All our people live these values in their work.

Empowering Excellence

We have a culture where everyone is invited to think critically about their work and to bring differing perspectives to every conversation. At CPG, differences are recognized as strengths, and everyone is encouraged to contribute to our success.

By embracing a variety of perspectives and incorporating different ways of thinking, we see multiple sides of issues, strengthen our organization’s decision-making, and improve our ability to serve clients from many backgrounds.

Corporate Responsibility

We prioritize environmental sustainability, community engagement, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Our New York office is LEED Gold certified, and our sustainability initiatives help reduce our carbon footprint.

Our employees also strive to make a difference, donating, on average, more than $30,000 annually to a wide variety of charities.

Our socially responsible investing strategy is a fundamental component of our corporate responsibility efforts. In addition to those mentioned above, it also considers issues such as climate, human rights, and corporate governance.
