Our Executive Leadership Team and Board of Trustees
Our leaders bring a broad range of expertise and a deep connection to The Episcopal Church to their oversight of the Church Pension Group (CPG). Through their guidance, they ensure that our most valuable assets—our people, finances, and resources—are used effectively.
Chief Executive Officer and President
Mary Kate Wold serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Church Pension Group and is a member of The Church Pension Fund Board of Trustees. She has held leadership roles in the corporate, legal, and government sectors, and serves on the boards of both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations.
Executive Leadership Team
The Executive Leadership Team oversees CPG’s business operations and develops strategies that support the organization’s work in the Church. Each member is accountable for key functions that enable the effective delivery of our products and services.
Board of Trustees
Drawing upon diverse professional backgrounds and connections in the Church, The Church Pension Fund Board of Trustees serves as CPG's governing body. It provides oversight from a financial, operational, and cultural standpoint while also offering guidance on CPG’s strategy and direction.
Board Committees
Board members serve on various committees, from benefits policy and investments to finance and audit, that play an important role in overseeing CPG’s operations.
Governing Documents and Canons
The principal governance documents for The Church Pension Fund (CPF) and the Board are the Charter, Constitution and By-Laws. The Canons of The Episcopal Church provide additional information regarding the establishment and authority of CPF.
